Optics & Design Artwork Request Form

Optics & Design is tasked with upholding Kier's Vision, and that includes maintaining and hanging the artwork of Lumon. Remember, approved artwork increases office morale and collaboration by bringing Innie's together! The Artwork Request Form contains an inventory of all available artwork, except for those in storage. Inspired by similar Lumon Paperwork in the show, this form is printed on the same paper used in the show Severance.
